You can connect your preferred LLM subscription - such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or others via the RWS AppStore - and use it either as a translation provider or as a companion during editing. This flexibility gives you full control over how AI supports your translation process. 

With AI Assistant, your workflow becomes faster and more intelligent. Use it as a translation provider to generate initial translations while preserving tags and formatting, or apply tailored editing prompts to adjust tone, style, or phrasing. For finer control, interactively prompt the LLM within the editor to refine translations segment by segment - whether they originate from machine translation, translation memory, or the LLM itself. Ask for alternative translations, rewrite suggestions, or assistance during review, all directly in the editor.

By automatically applying your preferred terms, it improves consistency and efficiency while reducing manual corrections.
