The University of Cádiz is a public institution committed to innovation, research, internationalization, and academic excellence, open to knowledge, society, and culture. It performs intense and diverse activities across its four campuses: Algeciras, Cadiz, Jerez and Puerto Real.  

UCA has more than 21,550 bachelor's and master's degree students, more than 1,800 lecturers and researchers, 875 administrative and service staff, 17 centres and faculties, 10 research institutes, 45 departments, 201 research groups and 12 external chairs. UCA offers 44 bachelor's degrees, 21 double degrees, 59 master's degrees, 24 doctoral programmes and 59 specific degrees.
