About us:
Kırıkkale University offers programs in French and English Translation and Interpreting under the Department of Western Languages and Literatures. Our curriculum includes courses such as Translation Technologies and Computer-Aided Translation, where students gain hands-on experience with Trados and other CAT tools.
Courses offered:
Course content covers various aspects, including terminology management, translation memory creation, text alignment, file analysis, pre-translation, project management, client and language rate configuration, quality assurance checks, and the integration of external tools into CAT environments, etc.
