About us:

HOGENT is the largest University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Flanders offering a wide range of programmes at eight campuses across the cities of Ghent and Aalst, in the Flemish part of Belgium. HOGENT offers 23 professionally-oriented Bachelor's programmes, 4 academically-oriented Bachelor's programmes in the arts and 10 Master's programmes in the arts. In addition, 5 advanced Bachelor's programmes, 1 advanced Master's programme in the arts, 13 graduate programmes and 23 postgraduate programmes are part of the educational offering. HOGENT has over 17,000 students and 2,150 staff members. HOGENT is also a major player in the field of applied research and research in the arts. We are involved in many national and international initiatives and research projects.
