Al-Quds Open University (QOU) is the State of Palestine’s leading blended learning institution, with branches and faculties serving diverse learners nationwide. QOU delivers accredited undergraduate and graduate programs across arts and languages, education, business and economics, information technology, media, and social sciences. QOU runs a minor in Translation & Interpreting in English and technology-enabled language learning (including CAT-tool and localization fundamentals, terminology management, and project workflows). QOU’s mission is to widen access, ensure quality, and deliver measurable community impact through flexible, inclusive learning pathways and evidence-based teaching.
