If you are an individual freelancer with an existing license and would like to purchase a Support and Maintenance Agreement, you can do so by completing the form below.

Our Customer Experience Team will aim to respond to you within one working day (Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 22:00 GMT). If you have not had a response within one working day, please contact us.

Please note:

  • We can only accept payment by credit/debit card or PayPal for the 3 month contract
  • You must have the latest Trados Studio version
  • A 3 month support contract does NOT include upgrades. For upgrades to be included, you must purchase a full-year support contract.
  • If purchasing a 3 month support contract you will not receive a renewal notification
