What happens if my subscription payment fails?
If your subscription payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to process the payment again. If we're still unable to collect payment, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
Any translation data - including projects and translation resources - will be held for 30 days after cancellation, so it will still be available if you choose to reactivate within that time.
