How can I contact RWS if I have any issues?
If you experience any issues with your Trados Go or Trados Studio Freelance subscription, you can contact us anytime through your Trados subscription account - we're here to help.
If you have an Annual Saver subscription (which includes support) or added support to your Monthly or Annual plan, you're eligible for direct product support and can reach out to us here.
If you're not eligible for direct support, you can still access a wide range of self-help resources - including user guides, FAQs, and community forums - through your Trados subscription account.
