Trados Studio Level 2 Alignment eLearning

The course will cover the following topics: 

• What is alignment? 
• Aligning a single file pair 
  • Creating a new TM Adding the document to align 
  • Viewing the alignment result 
  • Confirming and editing segment pairs 
  • N:N alignments 
  • Saving the alignment result 
  • Correcting alignments 
  • Adding a new segment 
• Importing the alignment result into the TM 
  • Configuring the import options 
  • Viewing the TM content 
  • Using the TM for translation

This course is for translators who already have some experience using Trados Studio and want to improve their knowledge on aligning files.

The course is 30 minutes in duration and can be viewed and then used as a postcourse reference tool.

This eLearning course is hosted in our RWS University learning portal. Each user will be given individual access to the course and will be able to take it at their own pace.
