Smart Help is trained on the official Trados documentation and is designed to offer short answers along with associated citations and links for more detailed information. Smart Help is not an interactive chatbot; instead, it functions as a question-answer engine, answering one question at a time and avoiding hallucinations and fabrications. Users can ask questions in any UI language supported by the application, and Smart Help will attempt to respond in the same language used for the query.
