What courses can you deliver online?

We can deliver all our training courses online. This includes online training for Trados Studio, Trados Team, MultiTerm, Trados Business Manager, and Passolo.

What equipment / facilities do we need for a Trainer-Led Online Course?

Very little! Below is a list of our recommendations for users attending training through our online training center:

You need an internet connection and a separate telephone line or VOIP, so that we can talk to you whilst presenting the training.
For the visual section of the training course, we recommend that you have a 64kbps link. This means using an ISDN line or Broadband.
For the audio section of the training course, we recommend that you have a telephone headset or hands-free speaker phone. You may use VOIP but sometimes the sound quality is not as good as it should be!
You do not need to have the software installed on your machine, the software features will be presented via the trainer's machine.

How soon can you arrange a Dedicated Trainer-Led Online Training session?

Just let us know the dates that work best for you and we will do our utmost to schedule a trainer for those days.

How much does Dedicated Trainer-Led Online Training session cost?

Everyone’s situation is different, so contact us for a quotation.

We always agree costs with you prior to the course, so there will be no nasty surprises when you get your invoice! All costs exclude VAT.

Do you purely work with InDesign Files? Are you currently translating XML Files? Do you have a very specific work flow? Our Customized Trainer-Led Online Training allows you to fully tailor your training to your needs.

Would it be possible to work with our sample files?

If you prefer to use your own sample files, we can accommodate this. We will need to agree and view your sample files to be used during the course to ensure we understand your needs. Usually, this is not a problem at all!
