Baukje has worked for SDL Support for over 4 years and started out on the operational side of the department. She has managed both customer service teams as well as technical support teams during this time. In her current role however she is responsible for strategic improvement of the support process as well as tools used to deliver the Support service. In her spare time she enjoys cycling in her native Holland as well as singing opera.
